The Pazhou Ferry Terminal will provide port visas for the Canton Fair.

During the upcoming Canton Fair, the Pazhou Ferry Terminal in Guangzhou's Haizhu district, which is just an 8-minute walk from the Canton Fair Complex, will be temporarily open. The terminal will offer a visa-on-arrival service starting from April 15, as announced by Luo Zheng, the deputy director of the Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau during a press conference on April 12.

The Ministry of Transport has approved the Terminal's direct routes from Pazhou to Hong Kong International Airport and Hong Kong city center. The Terminal will also add routes to Macao International Airport in the future. The Terminal has three floors, with the first for check-in and security, the second for outbound travellers, and the third for inbound passengers. It will only take approximately two hours to travel from Pazhou to Hong Kong International Airport.

The Pazhou Ferry Terminal is conveniently located near the Canton Fair Complex and Pazhou Station on Metro Line 8. The Guangzhou Municipal Transportation Bureau authorities plan to add more trains on Metro Line 8 and Line 4 during the Canton Fair. Additionally, two temporary buses will run from the Canton Fair Complex to Huanshi Middle Road in Yuexiu District and Liuhua Road in Liwan District. A special shuttle bus will also be added from the Complex to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, operating from 9:30 to 16:00 from the airport to the Complex and from 11:00 to 18:00 from the Complex to the airport.

The 133rd China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, will be held offline in Guangzhou from April 15 to May 5, in three five-day phases. The 9th Guangzhou Annual Investment Conference will also take place at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center from April 17 to 18, as per Luo's announcement.
